Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to carestation.app, the Care Station hosted application, and related communication features provided by Care Station LLC ("Care Station," "we," "us," or "our"). By using Care Station or opting in to receive messages from a Care Station messaging program, you agree to these Terms.

Program Name and Description

Program name: Care Station SMS Notifications.

Care Station SMS Notifications is a service and operational messaging program used to send account, authentication, support, workflow, and customer-approved communication notices related to Care Station and the organizations that use Care Station. Messages may include login or account notices, support updates, task or workflow notifications, patient or customer communication updates, and other service-related alerts.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity, communication preferences, support requests, and the workflows configured by the organization using Care Station. Messages may be recurring, but there is no fixed daily, weekly, or monthly message volume.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sent or received messages, data usage, or related services according to your mobile plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any Care Station SMS message. After you send STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message. After that, you should no longer receive SMS messages from that messaging program unless you opt in again.

Carrier Terms

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your mobile carrier, network availability, device settings, and other conditions outside Care Station's control.

Privacy

Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in data, phone numbers, message content, or messaging consent records with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Care Station to send unlawful, abusive, deceptive, harmful, or unauthorized communications, or to interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the service. Customer organizations are responsible for ensuring their users and configured workflows comply with applicable laws and permissions.

Service Availability

Care Station may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We may also limit or suspend access when needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or operational integrity.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when these Terms were most recently revised.
